Unlike most com­pa­nies who do not offer a return on dig­i­tal prod­ucts, we strongly want our cus­tomers to be happy with our tem­plates so that there is no risk in your purchase.

*Our Guar­an­tee Guidelines:

  1. You have up to 3 days from the date of pur­chase to request a refund.
  2. You must sub­mit to request for a refund through the Pay­Pal or credit link pro­vided in your email or receipt of pur­chase so that the request can be processed through the same secure means by which it was purchased.
  3. Request for refunds will not be processed by con­tact­ing us directly as we use third par­ties com­pany to process secure trans­ac­tion and by that same mean will pro­vide a secure refund.
  4. Since you will have agreed to the terms and con­di­tions of the tem­plate pur­chase, you will need to pro­vide spe­cific details as to why the tem­plate did not fit your needs in the infor­ma­tion sub­mit­ted to the pro­cess­ing company.
  5. No more than two refund are allowed from a per­son, email address and/or host name.
  6. Please allow 7–14 days from the return of the tem­plate file for the pro­cess­ing of the refund.
     

Tem­plate Return Instructions:

  1. You must file for a return as noted above through the secure credit card pro­cess­ing company.
  2. The return must include details as to why the tem­plate is being returned.
  3. You must either send the exact same .zip file to us through email using a large email deliv­ery ser­vice like MailBigFile.com  (see our link on our RESOURCES page) to the email address we pro­vide for you once the request has been sub­mit­ted. Or you may return the down­loaded .zip file to us on a CD by mail­ing it to us at: SON Enter­prises Returns, PO Box 490116, Atlanta GA 30349
  4. Once the refund request has been made and file returned, we can then begin to process the refund.
